Stockport has a fantastic live comedy night, 'A Laugh In Stockport' at The Bull's Head on Stockport Market.
The function room upstairs (called The Clubhouse) has a stage and seating. Every 1st & 3rd Thursday of the month there you can see great live comedy from professional comedians.

Big night out
Do you know Stockport has hosted for years a huge, swish and glamour night in the town hall? Its called The Swing Cats Ball, on March 6th. Its a swing/jump music night, glamour, great music, 2 bands & 2 DJ's, wall to wall sounds all night.

A great place to live areas like Davenport, Woodsmoor, Bramhall, Heaton Moor, etc. House prices are high for a reason, people want to live here. The market and underbank areas have some of the nicest buildings around, we are close to Manchester on one side and the Peak district on the other.
