If all your January good intentions and New Year's resolutions have slipped by the wayside, setting yourself a challenge can be a great way of getting you back on track! We have got a jam packed events diary for 2009 and are inviting supporters to get on an exercise high, by stretching their legs and flexing their fundraising muscles.
